I responded to RO's online ad to purchase weight loss medication for $145 / month. On the web page, they asked for credit card information before revealing that this is only a monthly membership, not for the medication. They then charged me $45 for a membership before revealing that the medication I wanted would be an additional $499/mo (the same medication I can buy elsewhere for considerably less). At that point though youe are stuck in a loop on your webpage that makes it impossible to respond . Of course I immediately canceled the membership upon learning this the following day but they say they keep my $45 even though they provided nothing.. This is clearly wrong, deceptive, and unserious and I requested that they reverse this charge but they don't respond.
