Ordered warming blanket on line November 13 2025. As of November 29 2025 still have not received my order. Contacted customer service by email on several occasions because my order was not shipped yet they submitted a tracking number. They told me to be patient. Contacted them again 4 days later and still not updated info on tracking. I didtell them i was requesting a refund to my credit card. Now it shows its at air port in china( November 29). I asked again to cancel and refund my money. They stopped responding.
