Description
TikTok advertisement led me to their website. Placed an order on 10/11/2025 for $31.92. Order 251012054921594 - Tracking C2S890245957CN Order stated that it was delivered but never arrived at my house. Contacted customer service at [email protected] and they agreed to re-ship my order. New tracking number C2S890245957CN Same thing happened. My order says delivered and I haven't received it. Emailed them again and would only agree to refund 70%. Contacted my credit card company to file a dispute. See attached email.
