I did a search for the product I wanted and found My Mall Hub listed. I went to the website and ordered the part (bathroom faucet escutcheon). I did not want to use PayPal, but entered my card information, my address, phone and email. They put the charge through PayPal anyway, and it has come up on my card account. I received NO confirmation from either the company or PayPal, no shipping data. I received an order number, but nothing showing that the part was to be shipped. I did some research on the company and was directed to the BBB fraud tracker. One of the responders has had the same experience as I have. I have emailed the company to cancel the order, but the email does not appear to be valid, despite it being listed on the company website. The company appears to have addresses in Chicago, Britain, and at Sesam Street 323b, 4010, Norway.
