This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
This is a final notice to call them before my home warranty expires. They have a PO Box as the home address. Vicky Mercer Program Director in this letter uses very strong wording of failure to contact them immediately. The warned me of the consequences of paying high repair bills if I don't. The phone number is to a scammer with a NON US accent and is not the person Vicky who answers. It seems like they are in India or Pakistan. They say they are in Florida and I asked them How is the SNOW Storm and they responded not bad. (Never snows in FL) I also said Hey what local time do you have they could not give it as they did not know. They are very pushy in asking questions and needed my Credit Card and other personal information. Otherwise I will pay full price for repairs and they said I also owed them money for last year. They also want your Customer ID in the letter to identify who I am and I gave them a false name and location and claimed I was old and did not hear well so they continued very hard.
