I was offered a custom logo design package and I did not receive what I paid for. I told I needed to pay an additional 100 for local state fees or 350 for all 50 states to have my logo registered. The site does not mention the additional fees and my money back guarantee was not honored as mentioned on the site. I explained I was unhappy with the logo and I was overtalked and told I’m not getting a refund. I am in distress. I have endured multiple panic attacks after this incident! This company scammed me out of my $87.
