Description
Fashion Nova issued two gift cards to me that do not work. This is the third time that this has happened. They wait until their big sales are over before allowing you to use the gift cards they provide. When I contacted their customer service today, they agreed that the gift card was faulty and informed me that they would have someone look into it as opposed to just processing my order or issuing a gift card that actually works.
