This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I saw an advertisement on my phone for a robotic puppy that was life like and I was going to purchase it for my Granddaughter. I was suppose to be charged $39.99 and instead when I checked my bank statement they charged me $53.98. Good thing was I purchased it through PayPal and they are investigating this company and have returned my money Thank God. I am 70 yo and feel stupid for letting this happen. I will never purchase anything online again. I also read an article about this scam and the people on there stated that this scam has been happening on YouTube and they are aware of it and have not stopped it same with Facebook. I hope you can do something to stop this scum. Thank you.
