Placed order thru website via credit card. Received error messages w my card. Called merchant, poor reception w agent speaking English w heavy accent. Advised to call my credit card company. My CC company cancelled my card & charges. I received several emails from merchant w various info. (Order recvd, order in prep, shipping pending, tracking number delayed, product delayed, etc). I later read that this company is notorious for bogus service or bait & switch products. **I have multiple screenshots of emails received from Vern Shop. Did not know how to attach multiples.**
