This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I purchased a torqueball from [email protected]. My order was duplicated and I was charged twice. Two (2) items were sent and neither worked. I tried to contact them to no avail. I waited for return labels which never came. The contact number is 1 (346) 719-4343. The address is 5900 Balcones Drive, Austin, TX 78731, USA.. Unfortunately, I discovered that many others had the same experience. Please let me know if this is a scam and what can be done about it. Thank you.
