I have been calling this company because they repeatedly changed the due date on my bill to charge me a late fee each month. I have not yet missed one payment. But they charge me a late fee each month, I will not make another payment until I get a date they will not change in writing, they have their representative advising you to pay several days earlier when you change it each time to make the due date, which they just used to meet their needs. This is a credit card you can't pay off. It's a problem when a company uses its power to mislead consumers. My bill keeps increasing instead of decreasing.
