This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
SCAM: Bought fake, low quality shoes off website, but company changed name by adding an extra S (cloggs.us --> cloggss.us) to the name and charged my credit card monthly after the initial purchase. Phone number for shoe company is disconnected. My credit card is disputing the charges. I did authorize one charge from the company, but did not authorize recurring charges from a company with a similar name. It is a scam that makes it difficult for the credit card company to reimburse me. Do not buy from this company!!
