This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I received an offer claiming to be United Health Care offering a free electronic toothbrush and to only pay shipping charge. Then I saw a deduction for $81.31 from Brightdesk work space in Los Vegas, NV. Upon calling them they said it on an Apple Account got an Electric Toothbrush monthly subscription. When asked his Brightdesk Space Work was involved she stated it was how it’s done.
