I made one purchase with this company and they signed me up for a subscription service to have the supplements delivered every month without my knowledge. When I received an email telling me my next order was getting shipped out, I tried to contact them saying I did not want this order and to please cancel it. I emailed, called and submitted a form on their website and received no response. There is no where on their website to cancel recurring subscriptions. I contacted my credit card company and asked them to place this merchant on a block list so they can no longer charge me but want to report them to keep this from happening to anyone else.
