Scammer posted on Groupon but the price was not for services as advertised (the Groupon price is $37.50 for 3 hours of cleaning); only 50% discount. The website to review a quote has users go through a step by step inquiry process for a quote and takes your credit card info. But never shows you the final price until AFTER it “books” you. I immediately used the same site to cancel since I never booked, because I never got the actual price and sent multiple emails stating if they weren’t going to honor the Groupon price I wasn’t interested. I sent a follow up email that I cancelled with my complaint to the customer support. Their customer support said I did NOT have a booking. Weeks passed. Then one day I get text from +1 (678) 501-7868 stating I had a booking. I repeatedly explained, no, I didn’t. I found someone else. They never responded to my texts. The even confirmed via email I never had a booking. Days passed and I got notified they charged my credit card days later. I reported it to credit card company which asked if I ever got a receipt or confirmation booking and I told them no, I had emails showing there was in fact no booking which their own customer service showed. They “Coincidentally” they sent me a “booking cancellation” one day later after I submitted the complaint. Not before charging my credit card, only after I made the fraud complaint to the credit card company. I sent repeated emails with no reply since. They’re “coincidentally” no longer on Groupon since then either.
