They used hot topic saying that it was a sale for items that started at $3.00 and when the money was taken from my chime account the name of the company was Outfit Vfanniey and they gave me a tracking number that wasn’t a legitimate number and they said that it was delivered and the package clearly wasn’t delivered and when I tried to dispute the charge chime told me that I was basically out of the money and that they denied my request to retrieve my money back and I reached out to Hot Topic about it and they basically told me that I was scammed and that they don’t ever use a Chinese company to ship merchandise
