After consulting with our management team, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a return or refund for this order. We sincerely appreciate your understanding, and if you have any questions. about your product or need assistance with it’s use, we’d be happy to help.” Yep, I got duped but I’m doing my part to hopefully save someone else some money and stress of being swindled. We live ‘n learn. They will get theirs.
