I purchased one of their musician kits about a month ago and I’ve never received it, nor have I received any response from their “support”. About a week after I purchased the item I received a tracking number that never worked or showed it was invalid with every tracking service I could find. It was supposedly shipped through the Chinese logistics company https://sdh-express.com/. It is disappointing that a company that’s branded as this Montessori kid focused family owned blah blah blah is another crappy drop shipping company middle manning Chinese made goods, but that’s fine, that’s the modern world (reverse image search their products and find them for much cheaper and actually receive them from Ali-express). What isn’t acceptable is to not respond to support emails and to not refund money that was stolen. I don’t care if it wasn’t their fault they need to make this right and I’m not the only one on the internet who is complaining about this company.
