Ordered product for $74.14. Used Apple Card thru PayPal. Immediately after the $74.14 was approved, they added another charge with no explanation making the total $88.97. Ordered 9/13. Website said “Ships from the US.” Paid for shipping insurance. Received a tracking number a few days later. One of those international tracking sites. Said it was in Italy. After 40 days, no product. Contacted Apple to dispute. They started a dispute. On 11/1 I received an email from altogethert that the product was delivered to mailbox on 10/23. I saw the 11/1 email on 11/3 and immediately emailed them that I hadn’t received a package. Never responded. Later November, Apple reversed the dispute saying that altogethert said the product was delivered. I contacted Apple that I did NOT receive the product. There’s now a second dispute open. The tracking site was eventually updated to show product was delivered on 10/23 but it was not delivered to me.
