Company uses misleading advertising and refuses a proper refund. I purchased a dress from this company based on the photos and description shown on their website and Facebook ads. What I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The dress was supposed to be an off-the-shoulder, V-neck style, but the one delivered had a completely different cut and fit. The quality and design were not what the company showed online. When I contacted customer service requesting a refund, they avoided taking responsibility and only then disclosed that the company is actually based in China. The entire experience feels like false advertising, and the company makes it very difficult for customers to get their money back. I’m extremely disappointed and want others to be aware before purchasing.
