While scrolling on TikTok, I came across an advertisement that appeared to be legit for the clothing brand fashion Nova, It automatically without me having to click took me to the fashion Nova. website or what appeared to be the fashionova website, There was a sale on jeans for $5. So I placed an order, paid, and it wasn't until afterwards that I realized the website did not match, but I still did not think anything of it. I received it an email thanking me for my purchase. Then the next day, I received an invoice along with a tracking number. 7 days have passed and I have not heard anything else. I have gone back on TikTok and I see people who have ordered things weeks ago, some of them months ago and they still have yet to receive an item. It has been determined that this is a scam. There is no way to contact the seller. I have contacted my bank and they are looking into disputing the charge. However, more than likely I will not receive my money back.. This happened to me twice once purchasing clothing from what advertised itself as Fashion Nova ($29.94) and another for a scammer who claimed to be the company Ashley Stewart in the amount of $38.86
