Description

Company advertised boot clearance. I bought several pairs of boots they claimed would be delivered within 14 days. As of 32 days later I had not received the items and sent an email. They responded with a tracking # and said it was delivered. When I checked the tracking #, I found that the order was sent from Hong Kong and was allegedly delivered 5 days previous. When I pressed for proof of delivery, they responded with: "To resolve this, we’re offering a free reshipment . It should arrive within 7–30 business days. If you’d like this, please reply with “Yes, I agree with the reshipment.”; We’ll reship to your order’s default address, but if any part (e.g., state, city, ZIP, apartment) needs updating, let us know." I confirmed the address. 2+ months later I had still not received the package and requested a refund. They responded with another tracking number. I responded that I did not receive the order and to issue a refund. They responded they would issue the refund and it would "take 6–7 working days to reflect". Today, 15 days later, there is STILL NO REFUND and NO PRODUCT!
