I clicked the link from a TikTok ad and placed my order on October 22nd. A few weeks later, I reached out by email to request a refund due to the delay, and I was told I would receive a shipping refund for the inconvenience. Fast forward to November 25th — the tracking site is now showing that my order was “delivered,” but I never received anything.
