My son and I ordered and paid for an Epaulette Shark Egg from exoticaquaticpetsstore.com. and it was never delivered. The payment was received but no egg was ever delivered, even though shipping was paid, they wanted another deposit for delivery supposedly refundable. We asked for a refund. There is still no delivery or refund. It has been two months. They say they sent a refund, but the screen shot of the refund was fake.
