Description
Got a call on my work number and also called my moms cell stating i have a civil legal action against me. Where i purchased a pay day loan from a quick cash, loan for x amount of dollars if i didnt pay i would go to court and have to have an attorney and if proven would not be able to have a checking account and would pay also up to 4000.00 in attorney fees extra. They knew my name, the last 4 of my social, my old address, my old employer and email. I have not ever taken a pay day loan.
