I purchased a transmission order 11294. 13 Stone lied to me for a week, telling me it was shipped and giving me delivery date after delivery date. Finally, they told me my transmission had been dropped and was destroyed. But for an additional $200.00 they would send me one with 13k less miles. I said then to either ship the transmission with less miles or give me a refund. To Date they did did neither. I call them, they answer the first time then hang up and don't answer anymore.
