Description
Caller left name as Nick Stevenson, it was a voicemail message. It came from a 402 number, but left an 855 callback number. Said they were going to be serving me with papers tomorrow for an upcoming court appearance, and if I was not available at my job or at my home to sign for them it would be considered Denying to sign them and would be used against me. It did not provide any company name, any reason, personally I’ve never known anyone that let you know ahead of time that they’re going to serve you so to me this is an absolute scam. Also, it left me the option to press one, and if it were a real person they would know that they had just left me a voicemail message so pressing one is not an option.
