My computer shut down. I called the number on the screen which I believed to be Microsoft. The second person I spoke with was Alex. Alex "attempted" to fix my computer but really wanted access to my bank accounts which I gave him unknowingly. I knew something was odd but continued to believe in his explanations. I withdrew the $10000 from my bank and deposited some of it into a BITCOIN machine and the other to a Chase account entitled "Arch Solar Panels". Lucky for me, Chase caught the "scam" and I was able to recoup a large part of that money. I am not young (late 70's) and was "played" for both age and concern for his family. What a mess!
