Description

The position offers a pay rate of $32 per hour, with training compensated at $27 per hour. Payments are made bi-weekly via direct deposit or paycheck. You may work up to a maximum of 45 hours per week. If hired, you will be considered a full-time employee. Your training will be conducted by a training supervisor and will take place in two phases: Phase One will focus on setting up your virtual workspace and learning how to manage tasks and assignments as they are assigned. Phase Two will involve a more structured approach to becoming familiar with your office tools—both software and hardware—as well as the company’s payroll system. During this phase, you may also be assigned special projects.
