In November 8, 2025, my company, 2693343 Ontario Inc. (MC 1454091, DOT 3926639), a for-hire motor carrier based in Ontario, Canada, booked a load through a company using the name **Global Produce Marketing Co** that I later learned is associated with a Georgia corporation listed as **“global produce marketing co”** (Control No. 24147423), status **“Admin. Dissolved”** in the Georgia Secretary of State records. Global Produce Marketing Co posted a load on the Truckstop load board: a truckload of onions from Washington State to Florida. We agreed to haul this load for a freight rate of **$6,700**. The bill of lading listed **FC Bloxom** as the shipper, and the load was destined to a buyer in Florida. We picked up the shipment in Washington and delivered it **in full and on time on November 12, 2025**. During the shipment, we accommodated multiple pickup and delivery changes requested via Global Produce Marketing Co without refusing service. After delivery, we submitted an invoice/quickpay request for the agreed **$6,700** and provided our banking details. Despite multiple emails, text messages, and phone calls to Global Produce Marketing Co, **no payment has been made** and no clear explanation or legitimate reason for non-payment has been provided. On at least one occasion, when I called their Georgia phone number and mentioned the WA–FL load, the call was immediately disconnected. Because of the lack of payment and evasive responses, I checked Georgia corporate records and discovered that the corporation **“global produce marketing co”** is shown as **administratively dissolved** as of September 19, 2025, even though this name was being used to post loads and arrange transportation. I then contacted the named shipper (FC Bloxom) directly to confirm that the load had been delivered; they confirmed the delivery and identified the Florida buyer, but Global Produce Marketing Co has still not paid my company for the transportation services. As of today, my company remains unpaid for the **$6,700** freight charges for a load we fully and timely delivered. I am filing this complaint so there is a record that a dissolved Georgia entity using the name Global Produce Marketing Co has been posting freight, arranging transportation, and failing to pay a small carrier despite full performance of the work. I can provide supporting documents (rate confirmation, bill of lading, proof of delivery, and the email/text history) upon request.
