Description
Company used someone else’s product (after digging through the internet). Company refuses to refund because the product is in route (for 7 weeks) first from Italy then china. They have my debit card number and home address. Ordered on 10/2 and still waiting for this product which won’t arrive. Company’s online presence says they are in Alabama.
