Description
The Facebook ad from precious-fairytale.com was advertising that they were selling Magnatiles Holiday Advent Calendar set on their website at the same price $39.99) as Magnatiles.com and Target (both sites where the product was sold out). So I bought it off the site. It arrived about 1 month later and when I opened the box, I could clearly tell it was a counterfeit as the box packaging was a blurry pdf and when I opened the box to inspect the product, the fake magnatiles didn’t even connect together so they don’t work. And they look nothing like the actual mini magnatiles we own. I have been going back and worth with “support” to return and refund and they refuse and keep trying to offer $4 compensation, $6 compensation, $8 compensation, $10 compensation, and final offer $12 compensation. It’s ridiculous, they are selling terrible counterfeits and saying if we return, it will be more expensive than what I purchased ($47.03) because I wouldn’t be shipping to Flushing (where the label came from) but I would have to return to a warehouse in China…anyway at this point I have disputed the cc charge as they’re clearly not going to do the right thing and I wanted to file a report so hopefully no one gets scammed by them again.
