This company advertises their product all over the place, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, anywhere they can and if you actually go on and want to try their “calming drink”, you are forced to ok a subscription and it states you can cancel at any time after your purchase. Well when you email the only address they provide when requesting to cancel, you receive an auto reply email saying someone will respond within 2-3 business days, yet I’ve emailed at least 5-6 times requesting the cancellation, always getting the auto reply, and never once have gotten a response from an actual human being nor anyone telling me they have cancelled the subscription. Now, I had to cancel my bank card because they have been completely unresponsive and continue almost 3 times a week or so to charge my account for this product that when you actually try it, tastes like poison and has caused many others who have used it on a regular basis to get sick. They are a complete scam and should be help accountable for continuing to run a “business” that advertises falsely and basically steals your money after you agree to try their product and unfortunately gave them some type of card or bank info. They need to be shut down because as of everything I’m reading about them online now, there’s hundreds of thousands of people going through this same fraud/scam issue. BBB should definitely look into their company and business practices as I think it’s probably illegal to do what they are doing.
