Hi! My name is ******* ** *******. I was referred by indeed about Synergy Client Solutions LLC. I filled the application out the year of 2022. After I finished the application. I received an email from [email protected] he was explaining how we have to pay for the equipment that we were going to be working on. He received my payment and the equipment was delivered. After setting the equipment up I asked what are the next steps to move forward and start working. I was given absolutely NO INSTRUCTIONS, DIRECTIONS, etc. on the next step. I received no information about when I start. I just immediately went into the computer to see if there were any instructions on there to go by. The computer actually looked as if it has been used but hasn't been used in years. And it was definitely NO type of relief. I wasn't getting any response after asking for the 100th time what was the next step that needs to be taken to move forward so I sent him a email about how I feel that he was scamming. So I returned to a regular job not knowing that my information was still in his system. Friday November 21st 2025 I reached out to ask him once I found out that he still has my information under his company when I never gave him permission to keep it in his system to kindly remove my information out of his system to move forward. He responds and tell me that I would have to pay him $60 to have me removed. And he also told me that basically he will make it hard for me to get another work from home job. This is the most unprofessional company I ever came in contact with. There was also another person that has filled the application out and is having the same problem. She contacted me telling me some of the same issues that I was having. She also mentioned that he was very rude and disrespectful after she mentioned it seems like were being scammed. I was never sent anything like a normal job does signing papers, going over what were doing for the company anything. It seems I just paid for a computer sit and collect dust.
