Slammed all my social media account feeds with ads for their pillows. I read their return policy (did not mention sending back to China). It stated that return costs would be my responsibility and that it could be "up to $20." THIS WAS INACCURATE information. Turns out, shipping to China costs closer to $45 for just one small item or per pillow. It's near impossible to get the large pillow into the size of the package the USPS requires to send the cheapest method. Their cheapest must be under 4 pounds and each pillow is just over 3 pounds. To send together would force go Priority International or $95 for two pillows (which I ordered). I am returning the pillows because they are HORRIBLE, CHEAP quality and will fall apart quickly. Cheap imitations of better brands. I've had over ten emails with the company and each come back with the same "bot" response from "Danica" offering first 30% refund, then 40%, then 50% refund. They did provide an address to return them but still at my $95 cost which they had quoted as "less than $20."
