Ordered a women's jacket on 11/2/2025 after viewing website advertisement via Facebook Received coat 10 days later; the packaging had 2 labels; the original label was covered by the second shipping label which read: uniuni From: SuMai technology ltd Contact: 15867157301 475 Supreme Dr. Bensenville, IL 60106 Tracking Number: UUS5B60564241706199 It came through O'Hare (ORD) Code: ORD-R 078 Once received; the jacket was not the correct size (much smaller and no labeling) No brand label or sizing label I contacted company via email and they responded with the following: Hi XXXX, Thank you for reaching out about your order — we completely understand how disappointing it can be when an item isn’t the right fit or style. To be fully transparent, returning the item isn’t usually the best option for most customers. International returns to our fulfillment center can be quite costly — typically around $30–$50 per item — and the process can take several weeks due to customs and overseas transit.
