I ordered a magnetic train that was depicted with several cars running on the track. purchased On november 20th through an ad on facebook. After I purchased it for my grandson and had it shipped to his home I noticed that only one car was included. I reached out and found out that no additional cars could be purchased. This was clearly a bait and switch and I feel duped. I immediately contacted smartoon kids for a refund. They sent me an email and said that they would get back to me. The next day they said that they could not cancel the order because it was already shipped. I highly doubt that. They said I could return the item - but you and I know that this will end up with me in the red. Though it is an address in wyoming - I'm betting this is a chinese warehouse. I'm furious. It was a lot of money and because of only including one car - which is probably much smaller than depicted, it will be a boring gift.
