I the customer attempted to purchase 8 items from True Classic's website. I went to purchase 6 xl classic crew t shirts, in two 3 pack bundles. One 3 pack was 3 white for $49.80 and the other 3 classic colors for $49.80. Then put together 3 pack of classic crew shirts in white for 3xl for 49.80, and 3 individual classic color shirts for 3xl for $24.90 each in total $74.70. When attempting to check out, the items in my cart were changed and the total increased to approximately $50 more in price. My original order was listed as $224.10 with free shipping. Then at check out, the price changed to $273.90 free shipping and estimated taxes of $25.48 for a total of $299.38. When I contacted True Classic, I was not given a correction for the issue. I was told to clear my cookies/cache and start again, which did not solve the problem of the bait and switch that they are doing. The total should have been with free shipping and taxes $224.10 for my order + $25.48 in taxes = $249.58 total not the $299.38 that they then attempted to charge me after changing my order without my consent. Attached is all my supporting documents. Please let me know if you need anything further. I just don't want anyone else to be over charged from a bait and switch without their knowledge.
