I saw an ad for shoes that I had been searching for online. I went to the website for Mae-Willow Charleston and ordered the shoes. I received numerous updates that the shoes were on their way. They were shipped from China, poorly made and 2 sizes too small. I contacted the company on 19 Oct. and requested a refund. The Customer Service rep made it extremely difficult - I would have to pay to ship the shoes back to China. Otherwise they offered me a 20% refund and a choice of any item from their online store, up to $60. I selected a pair of earrings. The messages started again: 10/23 order ready to ship. 10/23 order under review. 11/3 order on its way. 11/03 order out of stock. Email - please select another item. 11/13 order is in transit. Now, the tracking number no longer works. Customer service does not respond to emails.
