I saw an advertisement for Hey Dude shoes on sale. I saw this advertisement for several weeks. I finally decided to try it out. I ordered 4 pairs. I received email confirmation. I received shipping details including delivery notice. I never received the product. I reached out through email / customer service. I was told that the delivery service only got a partial address. They verified my address and promised to ship new shoes with expedited delivery. I was told that they would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. I received another confirmation email of processing and shipment. The product never arrived and the customer service address is no longer active. The only positive is that so far my account has only been billed for the initial payment.
