I was attempting to get a United Airlines refund for a cross--country trip my employee asked me to get for his cancelled trip. United did an automatic call transfer to Professional Services. They wanted $45 to get the refund. The refund never came into my account. I heard this company doesn't really care so long as they get your money. I can't get the money back but please make people aware that this is a scam. I advise all United Airlines customers not to use this so-called service. Deal only directly with the airline.
