This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Ordered product, they sent a 17track package number, after leaving China posts it took 19 days for tracking to say delivered but package was never delivered. Emailed customer service which takes days to return or respond. Asked them to send another one. Same exact emails and tracking situation. Post office said it was a scam. They never returned money or responded to emails.
