This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses a month and a half a go. They have not shipped, and the merchant cannot tell me when they will arrive. They refuse to provide any sort of refund after multiple requests. They say I need to send them back, but I don't think they will ever arrive since they cannot tell me when I'll get them. I have several emails showing my communications with them.
