I ordered two costumes for my kids and was guaranteed delivery by halloween. It was never delivered and Spook Society was contacted and they strung me along saying refund would be issued but it never was. I emailed again but never received email back. I filed a claim with visa and found that the website was a fraud and scammed many people.
