I hired Scott's Carpet Cleaning based in Burbank California to clean the carpets in my house. The Carpet tech who preformed the cleaning was terrible He did not even attempt to do a thorough cleaning job and demanded $250 for his work. Then he dumped the waste water from the Carpet Cleaning Machine on to the plants in my front yard. I have spent many years and considerable amounts of money maintaining my carpets and have vast experience with Carpet Cleaning Services. I could tell The Carpet Tech for Scott's had no Idea how to clean a carpet. I gave him a check for $250 and told him to get out of my house and never come back. As soon as he left I called my bank and put a stop payment on the check. I called Scott's Carpet 4 times to attempt to resolve the issue. The receptionist I spoke with promised a supervisor would call me back. It took 2 days for a supervisor to call me back. By then It was too late. I had already hired another Carpet Cleaner to clean up the mess Scott's had left my carpets in. This company is a scam that prey's on Seniors like me.
