I ordered 2 sweatshirts. I received an email confirmation, then 2 days later another stating the order was completed. Then a notification that the order was shipped. But the shipping info never updated. For days the shipping info never changed. I reached out via email twice with no response. I have tried calling but no one ever answers. I finally disputed the charge with my CC and the total amount was immediately credit back to my account.
