I had the same experience as another person who reported their incident. I saw these five Mercury glass illuminated Christmas trees advertised on Facebook, which a woman showed on her countertop that were multiple sizes from about 5 inches to 14 tall. The product then shipped and tracking showed originating in Verbania, Italy and took 6-7 weeks. The box then arrived with an address from CA. The small trees in the box are very cheap PLASTIC, not Mercury glass. They are about 4 inches tall and something you would buy at the dollar store. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and the person corresponding is saying that I will have to pay expensive shipping to China! They offer a $6 refund, then $11 and then $17 when I've asked for a FULL refund.
