On November 19, 2025, I responded to what I believed was a legitimate remote job opportunity posted online. The job directed me to a website belonging to “First Liberty Wealth Advisors” and included additional links for an application, agreement, and onboarding steps. The website appeared professional, and communication made it seem like a real hiring process, so I completed the steps provided, including signing forms. Afterward, I noticed several red flags, including the website having limited online history, no verifiable business registration, and mismatched contact information. The Facebook page connected to the company was new and did not show credible activity. Once I realized the website and job offer were likely fraudulent, I stopped all communication and did not provide any financial information. I am reporting the site so it can be investigated and to prevent others from being affected.
