I got a bill in the mail for lab work on something I got done ~4 months ago. I thought I had already paid it. I follow the instructions to pay online by going to peryourhealth.com, entered in my account ID and it redirected me to onehealthcareid.com to create an account. I entered my info first last name email and made a password only to find out when I pressed next that nothing happened. Something felt off so I went back to peryourhealth.com and tried entering in gibberish into the account ID and it still redirected me to onehealthcareid.com. I used the online support chat they have available and the person was of no help and didn't seem to fully understand what I was telling them. The number on the bill also doesn't match the lab company listed on their as well.
