Description
I saw a TikTok ad for discounted cardigans themed after Cult of the Lamb. I followed the link which led me to the Estopava website. I ordered two cardigans in the amount of $38.12, and soon received an email from Estopava with a tracking number. This was on October 27th, and I waited a week or so to check the progress of my order. The website said it wasn’t shipped yet, so I wait another week. I checked again, still not shipped. I kept checking week after week, and the same issue. I checked today, and the buttons on the email that say, “View Your Order,” and, “Visit Our Store,” now both lead to a blank screen and error code 401. Manually typing in the website still leads to it, but the site has since removed the listing of the cardigans and is flooded with family-oriented Christmas pajamas and clothing. Trying to follow the button on the website for tracking orders leads to a black screen with “Tracking Order” text, no text field to enter the tracking number and no “submit” button. The website is very official-looking. However, the information in “Contact Us,” does not list Estopava as the company name, instead listing “Xinjiang Network Technology Limited.” No such company exists at the provided address, which seems to lead to an apartment complex in Hong Kong.
